About us

Real people who actually like dealing with the IRS.

Dedicated Tax Relief helps people and businesses get out from under IRS and state tax problems, 100% online. We do the calls, the forms and the negotiating, so you can get back to your life.

Our story

Jonathan Samuel, EA, founded Dedicated Tax Relief to help people who owe the IRS get clear answers and a real way out, without the judgment, the runaround or the hard sell.

In over 10 years of working in tax, Jonathan kept seeing the same problem. People who needed help called companies that made bold promises. They ended up talking to salespeople instead of licensed tax professionals, paid large fees upfront for "pennies on the dollar" settlements most of them never qualified for, and kept getting IRS letters while they waited. Others were too embarrassed to ask anyone, and let a fixable problem keep growing.

So he built the opposite. As an Enrolled Agent, Jonathan is licensed by the IRS to represent taxpayers in collections, audits and appeals. At Dedicated Tax Relief, a licensed professional handles your case from the first conversation, gives you an honest read on what you actually qualify for, and deals with the IRS for you.

That's why Dedicated Tax Relief is 100% online, with flat fees agreed in writing before any paid work begins. You can get help from your couch, in any state, and know exactly what it will cost.
